By placing an order on https://demonhunterbricks.co.uk, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site or place an order.

Orders

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email after placing an order.

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payments are processed securely via third-party providers such as PayPal or Stripe. We do not store payment card details.

  • By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, except during holidays or in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as staff illness.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or customs.

  • Risk passes to you upon delivery.

Order Cancellations

  • You may request to cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped by contacting us via email at adam@demonhunterbricks.com.

  • Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may instead follow our Returns & Refunds policy below once you receive the order.

Returns and Refunds

  • You may contact us via email at adam@demonhunterbricks.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or refund.

  • Items must be returned in original condition, unbuilt, with all pieces included and the QR silver foil on the product packaging should be unscratched.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. 

Review Requests

  • After purchasing from our store, we may contact you via email to request a review of your order or products.

  • Emails are sent based on our legitimate interest in improving our services or your consent where required by law.

  • You may opt out of review emails at any time.

Intellectual Property and Use of Instructions

All purchasable kits on our website , including building instructions and digital content provided with your kit, are the intellectual property of Demonhunter Bricks.

By purchasing our kits, you agree that:

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, or sell any of our instructions, designs, or custom LEGO creations in any form, including online or in print.

  • Unauthorised copying or sharing of our designs may result in legal action.

  • Unauthorised sharing of instructions is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

  • No part of this site may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.

  • Demonhunter Bricks kits are custom LEGO creations and are not official LEGO® products.

  • All kits use genuine LEGO® pieces, but the designs and instructions are entirely created by Demonhunter Bricks.

  • You may not refer to these kits as official LEGO® sets or imply any endorsement by or affiliation with the LEGO® Group.

  • LEGO® is a registered trademark of the LEGO® Group of companies, which is not associated with or responsible for Demonhunter Bricks or its products.

Safety Warning

  • Warning: Small Parts – Demonhunter Bricks kits contain small LEGO® pieces which may present a choking hazard.

  • Kits are not suitable for children under 3 years old.

  • Adult supervision is recommended for children using these kits.

  • By purchasing our kits, you acknowledge that you understand and accept this safety warning.

Limitation of Liability

  • Demonhunter Bricks shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to:

    • Accidental ingestion or choking on small parts

    • Misuse of kits or failure to follow instructions

    • Delays or issues with shipping or delivery

    • Loss or damage of the kit after delivery

  • By purchasing our kits, you accept that you are responsible for supervision of children, proper use of the kits, and adherence to all safety warnings.

  • Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where prohibited by law.

  • We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content on our website.

Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
