how it works

We like to make ordering your custom lego kit merchandise an easy and fun experience for you by taking care of all the leg-work! We have a minimum quantity order of 30 kits. And you can find out more about how it all works below or alternatively by dropping us an email.

Model Design

We’ll take your ideas (or come up with our own!) and start designing your custom model out of LEGO pieces digitally, all while keeping your budget in mind. Our focus is on making sure every detail matches your vision as closely as possible.

Once the design is ready, you’ll receive a PDF render of the custom model, along with a preview of the bespoke packaging we’ve crafted just for you. It’s all about bringing your dream creation to life in the most personalised way possible!

Approval

We’re committed to making sure your custom model exceeds your expectations! 💥

Once you receive the digital render, you’ll have the chance to review it and give us your feedback. If there’s anything you’d like to tweak or adjust, we’re all ears — your satisfaction is our top priority!

We’ll make sure it’s perfect before moving forward!

Ordering & Delivery

Once you’re 100% happy with the design, we’ll ask for a 50% deposit to get things rolling. Then we’ll order only brand-new, genuine LEGO® bricks and start assembling your custom kits. Each kit is carefully hand-packed by our team, with extra attention to detail — we even weigh them to ensure perfect accuracy! Plus, we personally create all the digital instructions to make sure everything is crystal clear.

From there, we’ll get your kits ready to ship directly to you, so you can easily send them out or hand them out to your followers.
