Yes, our kits are all made using genuine, brand new LEGO® pieces. The kits are our own custom designed sets and not affiliated with LEGO® themselves. 

Due to the nature of sourcing LEGO® bricks and the time it takes to design a kit/figure we currently do not accept one off custom requests.

We do however offer custom LEGO sets for businesses with a MOQ of 50. So if you are looking for the perfect corporate gift for your colleagues and/or clients for occasions like business celebrations, successful product launches, business anniversaries, Christmas hampers or simply to say thanks, our custom designed models can be completely tailored to create a bespoke custom gift that will not only be fantastic to receive, but great fun to build too! No, we leave the fun of building our products to you! You get to download full clear instructions alongside your kit so you can build it.

Yes – our kits (unless shown without one) include a buildable stand, also made from LEGO® pieces, so you can display your completed model.

Our kits come with a QR code on the front of the packaging. You can scan the QR code with your smart device and it takes you to a download link where you download our instructions. We have designed these ourselves and they are clear and easy to follow with images and step numbers.

We accept most major cards that are accepted through Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal.

We offer free shipping to the UK and we ship worldwide for a set price of £6.99 GBP.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days using Royal Mail, except during holidays or in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as staff illness. For international orders, delivery can sometimes take between 1-3 weeks.

• Items must be returned in original condition, unbuilt, with all pieces included and the QR silver foil on the product packaging should be unscratched.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. 

We hand pack our kits ourselves and weigh them for extra accuracy, but of course human error can happen from time to time, so if you do find a piece missing from your kit, please email me adam@demonhunterbricks.com or message us on Instagram and we will ensure we ship the missing part out to you using first class post so you can complete your build.
